Tap the one that fits best. There is no wrong answer, and you can change it after. It points you towards the kind of rest you might be most short of.
Below are a few small rest ideas. Each one comes in three sizes. Tap the size that matches what you have actually got in you right now, and the idea will appear. Start with two minutes if that is all there is. It still counts.
Here is a place to put down what your brain is still holding while it is meant to be resting. This is a right now thing. It clears when you close the app and nothing is saved, and that is the point. Getting it out of your head is the rest. Setting it down is the whole point. There is no list to manage later.

Keep it for a rough day, or send it to someone who needs to see it.
One last gentle thing. Rest helps burnout, but burnout and depression can look almost identical from the inside, and depression does not lift with rest the way burnout does. So if the flatness has been there a long time and nothing you try seems to touch it, that is worth saying out loud to a real person. Your GP is a good place to start. This little tool cannot tell the difference between the two, and you deserve the kind of help that can. You are worth the appointment.
